Time to step it up

Mathias has not had a great season so far. He is however very close to getting his game together.
"I play ok golf, but not for 4 rounds. I do not know why, I just know I need to step it up" Mathias told website staff on Monday morning. This week Mathias will play in the John Deere Classic, Silvis, Ill and it can be the perfect place to start making a big change to his season. The field is missing many of the top players and will open doors for players like Mathias. "Naturally it is frustrating not being able to finish high up on the leaderboard, especially when you think you are in good shape, but golf is a strange game and this week can potentially be the best week of my life if I play solid over 4 days" Mathias continued.

The John Deere Classic starts on Thursday July 8th, be sure to follow the action on the official PGA TOUR website, www.pgatour.com
