Mathias finish T34th in Texas
Mathias finished T34th at the Valero Texas Open after closing with a final round 73 (+1).He was further up the leaderboard, but lost a lot of ground on the last holes. He will now prepare for HP Byron Nelson, which is up next week. 2010-05-19

He turned pro in December 1990 after having completed an impressive amateur career. Mathias enrolled into a Swedish golf academy at age 15 and quickly gained a spot on the Swedish Junior National Team. In 1988 he won the Swedish Boys Championship. He won the prestigious British Youth Championship at Southerness in 1990. During the same year Mathias contributed to the Swedish victory of the Eisenhower Trophy.Read more about Mathias
